Proclamation Awarded by the Mayor of Round Rock, TX
We were truly honored to receive this Proclamation from the honorable Mayor, Craig Morgan and Council Members of Round Rock, TX. It was truly humbling to listen to Ms. Kristen Stevens read the proclamation in recognition of our work at CP Thrivers and that October 6th is proclaimed to be Cerebral Palsy Awareness Day. On June 30, 2023, while grooving to the tunes of the Roland and The Roots Riddim, enjoying the evening outdoors at the Pfluger Park and having a great time with our Pflugerville, TX neighbors, friends and family, we took another step towards our mission of creating awareness and funds for Cerebral Palsy and shared ways in which citizens can help.

We donated 12 dozen bagels and 3 dozen donuts to the Round Rock Area Serving Center food pantry, who serve children and families in crisis in Round Rock and southern Williamson county.

We are thrilled to have established local business partnerships with Fleet Feet (the specialty sports gear store), No. 1 Boba Tea, Alamo Coffee, Einstein Bros., Round Rock Donuts, and Starbucks Coffee for our event. We are especially thankful to the volunteers who donated their time to support our cause.
